About the role:

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will support the financial operations of our global software business by managing the end-to-end processing of vendor invoices, employee expenses, and payment runs across multiple entities. You will ensure transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and financial controls.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors, you will help resolve queries, support timely payments, and contribute to the efficient operation of the accounts payable function. You will also play a role in strengthening financial controls and identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems as the business continues to scale.

Your contribution will be:

  • Review invoices and supporting documentation to ensure appropriate approvals, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Process vendor invoices using the accounts payable document management system, ensuring accurate coding and timely entry into the accounting system.
  • Review employee expense reports to ensure compliance with global travel and expense policies and supporting documentation requirements.
  • Prepare and execute regular vendor and employee expense payment runs in accordance with payment schedules.
  • Manage the accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor and employee queries related to invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Perform creditor account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate accounts payable balances.
  • Support payment planning and cash forecasting activities in collaboration with the Accounting Manager, International.
  • Provide guidance to employees and departments on travel, expense, and accounts payable systems and policies.
  • Undertake additional reasonable duties as directed by your manager.

To be successful, we think you need:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or finance operations role, preferably within a fast-paced or multinational organisation.
  • Proven experience processing high volumes of vendor invoices, employee expenses, and payment runs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with ERP and expense management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Basware, Concur or similar), ideally within multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
  • Solid understanding of accounts payable processes, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
