Inside the CE platform, you’ll find centralized navigation and a single entry point for your work, along with a new Processes capability launching soon for mapping out business processes before you automate them. From there, workflows, forms and apps, documents and signatures, and the newest orchestration and agent capabilities all live in the same UI — built on governed containers that handle versioning, approvals, and promotion between environments through ALM.

Choose to build your Solutions three different ways, ranging from Solution Designer, an AI agent that takes a first pass based on a plain-language description, to a growing gallery of proven templates, to building manually asset by asset. Each path still gives you full control before you containerize and deploy.

Orchestration organizes a process into distinct phases — each with its own tasks, decisions, automations, and approvals — rather than treating it as one linear sequence. Within each phase, workflows and agents can run side by side, giving teams more visibility into where work stands while keeping people in the loop where it matters most.
Nintex Agent Designer
Agent Designer helps teams build the AI agents that power workflows and orchestrations, combining LLMs with business context and connected tools so agents can move work forward rather than just answer questions. You decide where agents act on their own and where a person needs to stay involved, including chaining multiple agents together for more complex processes. Paired with ALM, a solution now moves as one governed unit instead of asset by asset, so what you test is what goes live.

Coming soon: Nintex Processes within Nintex CE
The next evolution of Process Manager is coming to the CE platform! Not to replace the standalone product, but to bring its strongest capabilities into the unified experience. That means process knowledge will connect more directly to the systems, workflows, and agents built around it. Additionally, MCP support is in open beta now for Copilot and Claude, with general availability — including ChatGPT and Gemini Enterprise — planned for early 2027.
Nintex Documents is also getting lightweight e-signature capabilities, so documents can be generated, sent, and signed without leaving the platform.
What’s new in Nintex Automation K2
Nintex 5.10 arrives this October with a strong focus on modernizing SharePoint-based solutions and working more effectively with enterprise data, laying groundwork for further improvements in the spring release. Expect meaningful investment in SharePoint integration, plus expanded capabilities in Smart Objects for handling more complex data structures.
