As we move towards the future of the Nintex platform, we're looking for a Team Lead / Delivery Manager to lead one of our agile teams and help us build the next generation of our product.
About the Role:
This is an opportunity to lead a high performing squad with established agile practices and rituals. You will have the freedom to stamp your own style and work with the team to improve practices both within the squad and across the wider team.
This role will tap into your love of cloud, API's, and integration into some of the most exciting technical landscapes in the market. This is a varied role with a mixture of people management, technical leadership and project delivery as well as the opportunity to get your hands dirty in the code.
You will join a product team that is local with a strong team culture which allows us to collaborate and deliver the best outcomes. We are big on squads owning services and being empowered to develop and support those services in the best way possible. We are open to challenging the norms and love people who introduce new thinking and techniques.
The team are working with both an existing monolith as well as microservices with a focus on migrating our monolith to microservices. The current challenges being tackled by the squad involve localising the product, a refresh of the UI and some heavy lifting to overhaul how permissions are managed.
This position works closely with Product Management and is responsible for maintaining the product backlog, iteration planning, communicating stakeholder requests and managing the development of team members.
- Strong technical leader passionate about software design patterns
- Experienced in managing a team of technical experts
- Experienced at mentoring others, sharing ideas, and introducing new tools and practises
- Passionate about agile development and strong on CI/CD best practices
- Proven track record of delivering projects and balancing competing priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in microservices architecture is desirable.
