Nintex is the world leader in process management and automation; we’re changing how work gets done. Ranked as one of 2020's "Best Places to Work" we're committed to providing an inclusive environment for all of our employees.
Joining us in Auckland is like being part of a family. We've brought together a passionate and diverse team focused on creating great products and experiences. In a nutshell, we're all about team culture. We're a bit unorthodox. We don't do corporate. Our values are role modelled and endorsed by our leadership team and can be seen in action every day in the way we work.
But don't get us wrong while we play hard, we also work hard and expect a lot from our team members. We're on a journey of continuous improvement and growth, and we need passionate people to help us on our way. As we move towards the future of the Nintex platform, we're looking for a strong Developer to help us build the next generation.
About the Role:
This is a role for the problem-solvers, the creators, the developers that like building things from the ground up. A role that will tap into your love of cloud, API's, and integration into some of the most exciting technical landscapes in the market.
We'll want you to be a Full-Stack Developer that really knows their stuff. Someone who is just as comfortable in the back end as they are in the front. A mentor, an idea sharer, someone who wants to step up and take ownership of the code. But most of all, we want you to have an excellent attitude towards quality and automation.
- Proven experience working with OOP
- Passionate about the SOLID principles and clean software architecture.
- Experience in microservices architecture is desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of software design patterns.
- Passionate about agile development.
- Experience in mentoring others, sharing ideas, and introducing new tools and practises.
In addition to a highly competitive salary and benefits package, you'll work alongside inspiring colleagues and a leadership team that genuinely cares. We do our best to support our employees in their career journey. This includes providing benefits that matter, such as paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers and employee assistance programs. Not to mention, we have distributed working culture which means you can work from home, or from a pretty cool office with all the frills, including a table tennis table, arcade games, killer flat whites and Friday drinks.
