Customer Support Specialist


At Nintex our customizable software makes companies more efficient.  We’re growing rapidly and  looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. 

Interested? You should be committed to a customer-centric approach based on empathy and placing an emphasis on customers maximizing their capabilities with our products. In this role you will support Nintex Promapp and DocGen for Salesforce. 

One-part brand champion and one-part problem-solving guru, as a Customer Support Specialist, you will develop an intimate knowledge of product functionality to answer questions quickly and effectively.

The Role:

You will be responsible for responding to customer technical support inquires and building effective help content for customers.

You are expected to be proactive in advocating improvements for both internal and external tools that enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will drive internal processes and automation improvements. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with development teams to deliver customer feedback for better products.


It is preferable that you have experience with software support and and creating help content or have a vision for how Nintex could innovate in this area. 


  • Experience in Customer Support providing phone, email and chat support for SaaS software in an enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of SaaS, cloud computing, and agile product development approaches
  • Experience with Salesforce as a user, power user or administrator is nice to have.
  • APEX or Salesforce Certifications are a plus.
