- Process mapping basics (60 mins) – Learn the fundamentals of process mapping, and participate in a fun, group activity to practice mapping a non-work-related process.
- Present & receive feedback (15 mins) – Share your process map with the group and receive constructive feedback on how to refine and optimise it.
- Process scoping basics (15 mins) – Process mapping is only useful if you know what your processes are. Learn how to identify your top-level process groups, define their boundaries, and then identify the processes inside of them
- Making it stick (15 mins) – Identifying and mapping processes takes time – don’t let your hard work go to waste! Learn how to create a Process Governance model and use best in class technology to ensure that the processes that you create are adopted by the business.
