GM Financial has been leveraging the Nintex Process Platform since 2015 to implement digital process automation across its organization. Jarrett Robinson, SharePoint Systems Manager at GM Financial discusses how the company is using Nintex Workflow and Forms to build process automation solutions, as well as drive and manage the demand for process automation. The company’s ITS department has developed a project intake request process to manage the team’s requests for Nintex solutions. The process is built using Nintex Forms and Workflow and has supported the successful implementation of over 545 solutions. Attendees will learn best practice to grow and scale internal demand for process automation, while improving planning and tracking ROI.
