About the Role:

The Executive Assistant provides the highest level of executive support to the Chief Financial, Chief Legal Officer and Chief People Officer (together “CXO”) and serves as a key partner for Executive Admin team led by the Chief of Staff.  The role requires high levels of autonomy and responsibility while quickly responding to various inquiries and administrative needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a humble and hard-working environment and take pride in elevating the efficiency and effectiveness of the CXO’s time.  

 

Your contribution will be: 

  • Schedule, coordinate and manage internal and external meetings with staff, clients, partners and other groups at the request of the CXO and in support of the Senior Executive Team. Coordination often involving parties in EMEA, APAC, and the US.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating travel and accommodation reservations as required by CXO, keeping accurate records and reconciling travel and accommodation accounts
  • Organizing international events for large groups of employees, customers, or partners
  • Assist in drafting professional communications and compelling meeting materials, working closely with the team to brainstorm tone and messaging; handle logistics and scheduling of key organization-wide communication
  • Provide project management support, tracking progress and milestones, driving deadlines
  • Support programmatic initiatives: department All-Hands, Learning Sessions, Onboarding, Employee Engagement Support, Employee Events, etc. 

 

To be successful we think you need: 

  • 5 + years’ experience supporting C-level executives 
  • 2 + years’ experience managing projects or various scope and complexity 
  • Experience in high growth & scaling tech environments
  • Expertise in companies with a global, distributed workforce
  • Experience crafting executive level materials  
  • Ability to drive business outcomes autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced environment, and to effectively balance multiple high priority initiatives at once
  • Ability to partner both cross-functionally and internationally
  • Passion for building and improving highly cross-functional processes  
  • High integrity and discretion

 

*Please note we are looking for this role to come into our Bellevue Office 3-5 days a week.
