About the role: 

Continuous enablement and growth across roles and skillsets.  

The Sales & Skills Content Developer is responsible for coordinating and supporting our growing sales team by improving our people's sales and negotiation skills. Sales are the biggest driver of our company's success, so your position plays a crucial role at our company. Your duties include scheduling and overseeing sales training programs and identifying training needs. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring new and current employees receive proper training to meet their responsibilities successfully. You understand our company objectives and suggest ideas to achieve them through sales training. For this position, you should combine excellent organization skills with an ability to interact with your team members and motivate them to succeed. 

Your contribution will be:  

  • Design and develop e-learning modules and videos for sales, encompassing SFDC training, sales methodology, sales processes, and account planning 
  • Designing and developing training content, such as e-learning modules and videos, focused on enhancing sales skills in areas like value messaging, negotiation, objection handling, and more 
  • Responsible for effective content management within the organization's training programs 

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience 
  • 5 years of sales training experience 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Experience with global customer audiences 
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems & Course construction applications
