Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) role is an integral part of our sales team and provides a fantastic opportunity to learn and sharpen your sales skills. This is a unique experience to work with a great team. You will be supported and encouraged to grow with every opportunity.

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will be responsible for teaming with our senior sales teams to uncover opportunities from inbound enquiries and outbound campaigns whilst managing a mini quota to close deals within a defined territory. In this role you will learn how to master the fundamentals, work across our entire sales cycle and work across the complete Nintex portfolio of products and services. You will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects, generating appointments, delivering our value proposition, and closing deals
You will also build direct relationships with the end user organizations who use Nintex products and services (within the assigned product lines) and work closely with channel partners to maximize revenue in line with the Territory Plan. 

Your contribution will be:

  • Performing outbound sales calls. You will spend your day connecting with prospects using phone, social, and email to engage in a qualification/discovery process. You will be the 1st point of call for live chat sales enquiries. Coordinate closely with internal sales resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.


  • Lead qualification. You will qualify high quality opportunities and arrange follow up meetings with the senior sales team. To manage this process you will utilize document progress, notes, etc. in Nintex CRM (SalesForce.com). You will learn and master Salesforce lead management, email management, and lead documentation, follow-up procedure. You will participate in providing feedback on how prospects are contacting Nintex and how they are reacting to current marketing efforts.


  • Evangelize the Nintex portfolio. You will gain and maintain up to date knowledge of Nintex products and services. Before we let you loose on the phones, you will learn to effectively communicate how all Nintex products are licensed and how they will benefit our customers. Proactively scope technical solutions using Nintex products required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer, solution delivery partner and Nintex.


  • Fill the top of the funnel. For us to get leads to the buying phase, we first have to get people into the qualified leads funnel. You will provide assistance to existing and prospective customers during product trial periods and enable them, so they get the most out of the trial period. You will opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities in the field. Collaborates with other Customer Success resources and Partner Managers to ensure these opportunities are advanced.


  • Drive Demand:  As an ISR, you will identify and execute programmatic approaches to drive demand for more use cases by becoming a trusted advisor to your customers, understanding the customers' business, stakeholders and use cases, helping them to adopt and get real business value from Nintex technology and partner solutions.  


  • Generate Net New Revenue:  You will have acquired expert knowledge in the Nintex approach to Process Intelligence & Automation and will able to translate that into real business benefits for your customers. You hit and exceed the monthly and quarterly net new revenue target through cross- and upsell activities in the context of driving customer success You will identify and develop new customer accounts and engage with local resellers to maximize revenue.  You construct the right deals for your customers and take them to close.  

  • Participate in the Company Sales Process and Culture:  You will use the selected CRM (Salesforce) to document the health of the sales pipeline funnel, accurately forecasting the expected revenue.  You will be a model of the Nintex culture and are a respected and valued member of the Nintex team.  You will increase mindshare of Nintex products within the partner and customer community.


To be successful we think you need:

  • 4-5 years of Inside Sales experience.
  • Experience with the following:
                o Microsoft Power Platform
                o Process Management
                o Low-code App Dev 
  • GCC market experience (Saudi, UAE, Qatar).
  • Experience working with an international software vendor
