About the Role:
Nintex is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to provide decision support to the Sales and Marketing organization. Reporting to the Finance Director, the ideal candidate will be a driven problem solver with high EQ that thrives in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment. We are looking for someone with intellectual curiosity, a bias toward action and is outcome oriented. This role will also deliver on the typical monthly, quarterly, and annual finance responsibilities such as monthly reporting packages and annual budget preparation.
This is a high exposure role that will regularly interact with extended leadership. While you directly report to the Finance Director you will also on an ad-hoc basis work directly with the VP of Finance and CFO. As such, you will need to be a clear and concise communicator with high attention to detail. Lastly, we desire a business-oriented thinker that is additive to building an expectation-based culture focused on metrics, measurement and data driven analysis.
This is a USA based remote role, and reports into a Finance Director that is based in the Pacific Time Zone.
Your contribution will be:
Providing financial support to the Finance organization and the Sales and Marketing business leaders. The Senior Financial Analyst will prepare analysis and reporting on KPIs, business activities, and budgeting/forecasting. You will work with Sales and Marketing leaders to assist them in understanding actual performance versus expectations (e.g., budget and budget), updating forecasting, and assess the impact of acquisitions.
Reporting. You will work against tight deadlines to provide a variety of reports including monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc analysis of key operating metrics. You will gain exposure to ARR, retention rate, and sales efficiency metrics. The reports will be completed with the upmost accuracy in a manner that captures drivers of key business outcomes. Reporting requires pulling data from various of systems including Salesforce CRM, Adaptive, NetSuite, and Greenhouse ATS.
Analysis. You will be responsible for decision support through creating, tracking and presenting analysis and financial/operating models that optimize business decision-making. You will focus on the business objectives of the company and provide recommendations to the business leaders which will help them achieve desired outcomes.
To be successful we think you need:
- BS/BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting or like degree
- 2+ years FP&A experience
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in developing a career in SaaS FP&A
- Sales and Marketing FP&A experience a plus
- Experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Power BI and Salesforce or like systems a plus
