About the role:

As the Renewal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed accounts of your daily activity in Salesforce, accurately forecasting for your assigned region(s) on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, and will identify trends to help develop programs which maximize retention.  You will be responsible for managing the end to end software renewal and upsell sales cycles for assigned customers. The challenge in this job will be to defend against competitive pressures while uncovering additional opportunities as well as uncovering accounts which may have risk and developing plans to mitigate them.  The reward will be building strong relationships with customers that are continuously delighted and surprised by the power, flexibility, and efficiencies of our products.

Your contribution will be: 

Contract Renewals.  You will be responsible for the timely renewal of all assigned contract renewals. This involves working directly with customers and partners to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Renewal Process.  You will manage software assurance and support sales renewal process communications for assigned region from prospecting to order execution. This includes regular Check-in calls to the end users.  Provide accurate monthly forecasting.

Customer and Partner Communication.  You will ensure Salesforce is kept updated.  Every conversation is captured, and all opportunities reflect accurately. You will establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers and partners.

Customer Success.  You will use customer usage data to drive customer success through the use or proper leveraging of Nintex products.  Proactively manage each customer’s business needs and environments – actively seek opportunities to partner with Account Managers for upselling and cross selling opportunities.  You will work with the sales team to ensure overall sales growth by Identifying and developing new opportunities for expansion across the customer’s business.

To be successful we think you need: 

  • 2+ years’ experience working in an inside sales capacity handling customer engagement
  • Have proven experience of consistently exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent at building relationships
  • Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
  • Fluent Japanese & English
