MT Højgaard Drives Productivity in the Field Using Nintex

According to McKinsey & Co., digital collaboration is key to improving productivity in construction. This is because “the productivity of construction remains stuck at the same level as 80 years ago,” states their report. In fact, “current measurements find that there has been a consistent decline in the industry’s productivity since the late 1960s.”

One thing construction organizations can do to improve productivity is to digitize the on-site execution process.

This is exactly what Nintex customer MT Højgaard did to successfully enable its field workers to quickly and accurately collect and share information with offsite project stakeholders.

Automating Field Documentation with the Nintex Platform

Lindpro needed a workflow automation solution that saved employees time and allowed its field workers to capture and submit information from remote locations.

The company turned to the Nintex Platform to automate its field documentation processes. Lindpro also engaged with Nintex partner, ProActive, in order to successfully migrate its processes to a hybrid-cloud environment.

“Thanks to ProActive’s assistance integrating Nintex Workflows, the solution has worked quite seamlessly from the beginning and has helped us take a massive step forward on the road to digitizing the business,” shares Kenneth Abraham, Senior Project Manager, MT Højgaard.

Lindpro utilizes Nintex Workflows, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Mobile within Office 365 to help employees, whether they are working online or not, quickly capture and submit information.

Now, all required forms can be filed on-the-go, saving employees critical time during their day. They can even work out of Wi-Fi range, and upload their completed Nintex Form as soon as they connect to the internet.

Benefits: Increased Productivity

Thanks to the powerful capabilities of the Nintex Platform, Lindpro field workers have decreased errors and duplication of work. Paper forms have been eliminated, and documentation is archived properly which helps to keep everyone operating on schedule.

Today, employees can spend less time on administrative processes and more time catering to customers and generating results.

“As a construction company, we’re a very pragmatic company—literally in the business of seeing things done on a large scale and done well. To that end, Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms is the right solution to shift us away from paper and into a digitized environment.” – Kenneth Abraham, Senior Project Manager, MT Højgaard.
