Introducing the new Nintex Community
Attention process and automation professionals! We’ve launched our new Nintex Community. It’s the same great place to gather with other like-minded individuals to ask questions, find answers, and share knowledge, but now with a new modernized look. And we’ve also streamlined navigation to make it easier for you to find the information you need. Check out the new experience at community.nintex.com.
Whether you’re an expert of the Nintex platform, or just beginning your journey with us, the Nintex Community has a lot to offer. It’s a great place to get thoughts, guidance, and help from others who have experience automating or managing business processes across a range of functional areas and industries.
The redesigned top navigation bar provides access to the most important areas of the Community.
- Forums: Reddit-style threads with questions and answers that can be organized by product
- Knowledge Base: Articles and written help documentation
- How-To Center: Videos to help you manage and automate your processes better than ever before.
By scrolling down the Community homepage, you will see the latest posts, be able to jump to key resources such as product release notes, Nintex University, help documentation, or view the product roadmap. The goal is to enable you to quickly access the information you need.
We created a Community Sitemap if you wish to familiarize yourself with the new layout. For product names that have changed, previous names are included in the sitemap.
A comprehensive search experience
Search is the most efficient way for you to find articles or relevant content. Search will continue to provide you with suggestions related to your topic.
How do I ask a question or start a discussion?
On the top-right corner of every Community page, you will find the Ask a question link. From there you can ask any question or start a conversation. You will also be able to select the relevant category and add the related tags from a pre-populated list.
Before you start, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the Community Guidelines which will provide information to set up your profile page, access settings, and subscribe to your favorite topics. Find articles such as:
- Setting up your profile page and settings
- How to create a great forum post
- How to ask a question or start a conversation
- Subscribe to your favorite categories and topics
A new mobile experience
Another great feature of the new Nintex Community is a much-improved experience on mobile devices. We see many Community members using their phones or tablets to search for answers or post questions. All of the key functionality of the Nintex Community on desktop is available to you on your mobile device.
There’s always more to come
We are excited to see the continued growth of the Nintex Community, which now has over 53,000 members. The purpose of the Nintex Community remains unchanged: a place for you to ask questions, find solutions and share knowledge.
