How they did it

By implementing Nintex Process Manager, the staff now has easy access to everything – the latest forms, policies, and processes. And because the QMS used the same structure and language, they didn’t have to start from scratch – converting everything into Process Manager was straight forward.

Reaping the rewards

Since implementing Nintex Process Manager, Community Colleges improved their educational performance inspection ranking from a Category 2 to a Category 1, signaling an improvement in their ability to assess and improve themselves as an organization.
