About the role:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition Business Partner – plays a critical role in partnering with our Technology Engineering teams, internal supporting teams, and candidates to locate the right talent to meet hiring objectives and support the future success of the department. As part of this role, you will manage a small team of technology recruiters to support and achieve hiring objectives. This role builds and maintains a strong partnership with the assigned BU including understanding priorities, initiatives and goals for the department and current and future hiring needs.
Your contribution will be:
- Leads the build out of live Hiring Plan in partnership with Technology leadership team, HRBP and Finance.
- Leads the determination of a globally aligned hiring philosophy and process with department leadership (i.e.: BU EX and value proposition, target candidate audience, interviewing panel structure, interview questions at each stage aligned to disciplines, competencies, values)
- Ensures that all projects and initiatives within the TA space tie back to key initiatives for the business unit and people OKRs.
- Act as an escalation point for bottlenecks and queries from the Technology TA team – partnering with relevant business and People team stakeholders to find solutions.
- Partners with relevant business and People teams to progress projects and improve processes and efficiencies (i.e.: Nintex leadership team, Hiring Managers, TA Programs, HR Managers/HRBPs, Culture & Workplace EX and HR Operations & Systems)
- Manages and carries requisitions
Other initiatives as assigned.
To be successful, we think you need:
- 8+ years recruitment experience
- 2+ years prior experience in leading teams
- Expertise in designated business unit/functionally-aligned recruitment
- Proven track record in business partnership
