About the role:
As a Renewals & Quote Administrator, you will be pivotal in protecting recurring revenue by supporting the renewals pipeline, generating timely and accurate renewal quotes (90–180 days ahead) for both direct customers and partner owned renewal business.
Primarily working within the EMEA Renewals team, with the ability to work cross-functionally with partner teams, sales, finance, legal, RevOps and Deal Desk teams to ensure renewal success, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
Your contribution will be:
- Track and manage contract expiry timelines for direct and partner-managed accounts.
- Generate, review, and issue renewal quotes 90–180 days before expiration.
- Ensure pricing, discounts, and contract terms comply with company policy.
- Maintain renewal pipelines in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Rev Ops teams to validate renewals.
- Respond to renewal-related queries and manage amendments or contract changes.
- Monitor and report on renewal metrics (conversion rate, forecast accuracy, quote error
rate). - Proactively identify process or system improvements to enhance efficiency.
To be successful, we think you need:
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales operations, renewals, or customer success (SaaS
preferred). - Strong CRM and quoting tool proficiency.
- Understanding of how partner discounts work in a two-tier model.
- Experience of working within EMEA and quoting in different currencies
- Supporting the Renewals team primarily based in the UK, but potential to support areas as and when needed by the business.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
- Analytical mindset with comfort handling forecasts and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment (remote and in-office).
