About the role: 

As a Senior Solution Consultant you will be a key leader in driving the success of our most strategic customer projects in the Emerging Markets region. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading the delivery of complex technical solutions and ensuring our customers achieve significant business value from their investment in the Nintex Platform. You will manage projects from conception to completion, guiding both customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.  

Your contribution will be:  

  • Lead hands-on solution development and implementation of the Nintex Platform to meet customer requirements.  
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex automation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.  
  • Utilize a consultative approach (30%) during Business Process Optimization workshops, ensuring solutions align with customers’ core business objectives.  
  • Deliver product training and enablement sessions to customers and partners to drive adoption and self-sufficiency.  
  • Engage directly with customers to create project plans, manage expectations, and prioritize tasks to meet agreed-upon timelines.  
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks with both internal teams and client leadership to ensure smooth project execution.  
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to other consultants, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a culture of excellence.  
  • Collaborate closely with the core Product and Sales teams to identify and explore commercial opportunities for expansion. 

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Core Technical Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Nintex Automation K2 is required; experience with other enterprise automation technologies is preferred. 
  • Consulting Background: A proven track record working in a customer-facing Professional Services or technical consulting role for a SaaS or enterprise software company. 
  • Project Delivery Experience: Experience managing the full lifecycle of complex technical solution delivery, including scoping, planning, risk mitigation, and providing oversight for partner-led projects. 
  • Regional Expertise: Fluency in both Arabic (any dialect) and English, coupled with deep experience and cultural understanding of the business landscape in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. 
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: A working understanding of enterprise infrastructure topics, including enterprise architecture, identity management, security, performance engineering, and data integration governance. 
  • Mentorship: Previous experience in coaching or mentoring junior consultants or technical team members is a strong plus
