Whether you’re an experienced user of the Nintex Process Platform, or just beginning your journey with us, the Nintex Community has a lot to offer. It’s a great place to connect with other like-minded individuals to get thoughts, guidance, and help from others who have experience automating business processes across different functional areas and industries.
Predictive search to answer your questions
To make the Nintex Community even more helpful, we’ve redesigned it based on your feedback. You can use the white box at the top of the page to search or ask a question. The Predictive search functionality will automatically populate similar terms that others have searched previously.
Every month, the Nintex Community sees thousands of questions and hundreds of thousands of visitors.
You may be curious to know that the top 5 search terms over the past month were:
- “Send email when a date in a column is…”
- “Best practices”

- “Responsive form tabs”
Nintex information straightaway
We have also aligned all content to the key capabilities of the Nintex Process Platform, so you can jump straight to those via the left-side navigation. For example, it you are looking for Nintex Workflow Cloud best practices, you can jump there via the flyout menus with just a single click.
Get into specific capabilities of the Nintex Process Platform
From the left sidebar, you can navigate specific Nintex Process Platform capability landing pages and all the relevant information is available on a single page. You will see the latest posts, be able to access related templates from the Solution Accelerator Gallery, or jump to key resources such as Release Notes, Help Documentation, or view the Product Roadmap. The goal is to enable you to quickly access the information you need.
Join new Groups in the Nintex Community
Aside from the refreshed design, several new Groups are now available. As your use of the Nintex Process Platform increases, you may be interested in the Center of Excellence (COE) group, where you will see blog posts from the Nintex Customer Success team based on their experience helping customers establish a COE. There is also a new Pizza and Process group to help continue the conversations started in the Pizza and Process webinar series.
A new mobile experience
Another great feature of the new Nintex Community is a much-improved experience on mobile devices. We see many Community members using their phones or tablets to search for answers or post questions. All of the key functionality of the Nintex Community on desktop is available to you on your mobile device.
There’s always more to come
We are excited to see the continued growth of the Nintex Community, which now has over 46,000 members. The purpose of the Nintex Community remains unchanged: a place for you to ask questions, find solutions and share knowledge.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be introducing new Community ranks and badges. New capabilities will be added to Groups to enable much richer interaction. We’ll also be updating and improving the search capabilities so that you can search across other Nintex sites without having to leave Community.
