KSAU is a government university specializing in health sciences, it has more than 3,000 employees and roughly 10,000 students. Being fully paper-based, KSAU was facing a bottleneck when it came to their student scholarship application process. August 2022 recipient: Sorbonne University

Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi logo

Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi was established in 2006 with the initiative of bringing the best international standards of higher education to the city. Sorbonne was putting strain on their human resources with their manual student clearance process.​ With Nintex, Sorbonne was able to fully automate the student clearance process with 50+ planned automated workflows, increasing efficiency amongst the academic, financial, and administration departments. With the help of Nintex Workflow Cloud, students were able to submit requests online and increase the level of transparency between Sorbonne and themselves.

The Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group (ESAG) is one of UAE’s most eminent family businesses with 27 companies in its portfolio and over 4,000 employees, housing leading brands across wide range of industry and consumer sectors. One of the biggest bottlenecks for ESAG was the manual processing of endless and cumbersome document approvals. April 2022 Recipients: Saudi Information Technology Company | Farah Experiences

The Saudi Information Technology Company (SITE) is a national company. They offer end-to-end, secure-by-design digital services and cybersecurity solutions to protect the Saudi Arabia’s critical digital assets.

SITE is using the Nintex Platform throughout their entire workflow automation initiative starting with understanding their current processes, identifying areas for more efficient automation, and implementing automated workflows and forms that deliver outstanding user experiences to their customers. Khalifa University of Science and Technology (KUST) is an internationally renowned research and academic university based in the UAE. Ankabut—an initiative of Khalifa University and funded by ICT Fund—offers academic institutions connectivity to other education networks around the world. Leveraging the easy-to-use, powerful and complete capabilities of the Nintex Process Platform, KUST has automated its academic and non-academic processes to better serve students and boost employee productivity across finance, HR, and operations.

January 2022 Recipient: Damac

DAMAC Properties, one of the largest luxury real estate developers in the Gulf region, leveraged Nintex K2 Five to transform over 30 complex processes and hundreds of forms. The company has achieved an 80% increase in efficiency with low-code automation from Nintex.

December 2021 Recipient: UAE Ministry of Interior

The Ministry of Interior, serving seven states of the United Arab Emirates, automated their entire paper-based grievance process with Nintex K2 Five. The digital transformation efforts are helping the ministry achieve process excellence as they are now enabled to view each process as an asset, where transparency, accountability, and integrity is maintained at the highest level to better serve citizens and employees.
