Saudi Information Technology Company | Farah Experiences
The Saudi Information Technology Company (SITE) is a national company, wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). They offer end-to-end, secure-by-design digital services and cybersecurity solutions to protect the Saudi Arabia’s critical digital assets.
SITE is using the Nintex Platform throughout their entire workflow automation initiative starting with understanding their current processes, identifying areas for more efficient automation, and implementing automated workflows and forms that deliver outstanding user experiences to their customers. They are planning to grow their investment in the Nintex Platform to continue optimizing their process automation to better serve their clients with unmatched and efficient experiences.
Farah Experiences provides world-class entertainment experiences in the United Arab Emirates’ capital, Abu Dhabi. The company operates three award-winning theme parks: Ferrari World, Warner Bros, and Yas Waterworld. Since 2017, Nintex have been working with Farah Experiences, enabling their digital transformation. Using the Nintex Process Platform, they have automated over 100 processes saving them over 3,000 man hours and revolutionizing their HR operation.
March 2022 Recipient: Public Investment Fund
Public Investment Fund is the sovereign wealth fund of Saudi Arabia and one of the largest in the world. The organization used SharePoint to store information, however they still relied on paper forms for many requests, and manually managed them via email, Excel, and physical delivery.
Using Nintex for SharePoint, the organization digitized and optimized over 450 internal and external processes. They plan to increase this number by expanding the use of Nintex to improve process across the organization over the next few years to better support Saudi Arabia’s economic ecosystem and meet the country’s 2030 vision.
February 2022 Recipient: Khalifa University
Khalifa University of Science and Technology (KUST) is an internationally renowned research and academic university based in the UAE. Ankabut—an initiative of Khalifa University and funded by ICT Fund—offers academic institutions connectivity to other education networks around the world. Leveraging the easy-to-use, powerful and complete capabilities of the Nintex Process Platform, KUST has automated its academic and non-academic processes to better serve students and boost employee productivity across finance, HR, and operations.
January 2022 Recipient: Damac
DAMAC Properties, one of the largest luxury real estate developers in the Gulf region, leveraged Nintex K2 Five to transform over 30 complex processes and hundreds of forms. The company has achieved an 80% increase in efficiency with low-code automation from Nintex.
December 2021 Recipient: UAE Ministry of Interior
The Ministry of Interior, serving seven states of the United Arab Emirates, automated their entire paper-based grievance process with Nintex K2 Five. The digital transformation efforts are helping the ministry achieve process excellence as they are now enabled to view each process as an asset, where transparency, accountability, and integrity is maintained at the highest level to better serve citizens and employees.
November 2021 Recipient: Oman Arab Bank
Oman Arab Bank has successfully ran more than 5 million automated workflow executions with Nintex K2 Software and is achieving an ongoing return-on-investment (ROI) of 8.8x.
