Key contributions will be assisting with financial and operational models to optimize business decision-making, tracking and reporting key company metrics, acting as an liaison with key line of business stakeholders, and contributing to monthly board reporting.  Nintex is growing at a rapid pace through both organic means as well as M&A activity.  You will be exposed to a wide breadth of financial planning activities.  The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key member of the Finance and Accounting team to help drive financial data analysis and reporting with the opportunity for increased responsibility with cross-functional financial planning and analysis projects.

Your contributions will be:

Providing financial support to the Finance and Accounting team as well as other corporate functions.  The Senior Financial Analyst will prepare and run reports on KPIs, business activities, and budgeting/forecasting.  You will work with one or more business units to assist them in the monthly close, tracking budget, implementing a forecast, and understanding the impact of acquisitions. 

Reporting.  You will work against tight deadlines to provide a variety of reports including monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc analysis of key operating metrics.  The reports will be completed with the upmost accuracy pulling data from a variety of data sources including Salesforce CRM, Adaptive, NetSuite, and Greenhouse ATS.

Analysis.  You will assist with financial and operational models to optimize business decision-making. You will learn the business objectives of the company and provide recommendations to the business units which will help them achieve their goals and performance metrics. 

To be successful, we think you need:

  • BS in finance/accounting or like degree
  • 2-5+ years FP&A/accounting experience
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Interest in developing a career in Software FP&A
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, and Salesforce a plus
