So, if you're interested in being part of creating the future of our product, then please keep reading.
About the role
This is a great opportunity to join us as a Technical Business Analyst and essentially operate and function on your own, whilst also interacting with multiple other stakeholders across our engineering org. You’ll be primarily focussed on carrying out analysis of our on-premise offering in order to understand any gaps between it and our award winning SaaS solution, Nintex Workflow Cloud. You will be deep diving to fully understand both offerings and then working closely with Product Managers and engineering teams to understand what we need to build and / or change next.
Whereas it is not mandatory, any experience of the Nintex products / platform would be a huge benefit to get you up to speed quicker. Experience working with SharePoint products would also be a major plus for you to succeed in this role. If you’re after a highly technical, analytical, and consultative BA position, then this could be the role for you!
Please note – due to the effects of COVID-19 we are all (Nintex globally) working from home at this time. Once we get to a point where it’s safe for us to return to the office, we’d love to see you there. Until then you’ll need to be ready and able to work remotely!
- Experience in, and more importantly, a passion for the Agile/LEAN methodology and an understanding of relevant development technologies, processes, and products.
- Experience drawing requirements out of people and being able to establish what is needed as opposed to 'nice to have'.
- Experience in leading a team to a common goal.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to influence change.
- You are passionate about technology and keep up to date with the latest trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
What's in it for you?
In addition to a highly competitive salary and benefits package, you'll work alongside inspiring colleagues and a leadership team that genuinely cares. We do our best to support our employees in their career journey. This includes providing benefits that matter, such as flexible work arrangements, paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers, employee assistance programs, discounts on gym memberships and across life's essentials. Not to mention, we have a pretty cool office with all the frills, including unlimited snacks, Friday night drinks and monthly breakfasts.
