Process bottlenecks plague IT departments around the world. Outdated solutions and process inefficiencies cause more breakdowns, leaving IT departments already low on resources scrambling to solve problems.
SharePoint360.de and the Stuttgart Media University surveyed more than 280 business decision makers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for its “Digital Transformation Study.” The study, sponsored by Nintex, reveals that although IT departments tend to lead their organizations in adopting automation technologies, process inefficiencies continue to derail IT departments’ strategic, mission-critical initiatives.

- Around 66 percent of decision makers see limited IT resources as an obstacle to adopting more digital solutions.
