City of Karratha standardizes with intelligent process automation

To support its expanding services and growing infrastructure multiplying population, the City of Karratha adds new members that need to informed of operations and procedures quickly. Using Nintex Promapp®, the City of Karratha council members developed an onboarding and training program designed to get new hires up to speed.

New projects continue to sprout for this western Australian city and Henry Eaton, the council’s manager of governance and organizational strategy says “Before Nintex Promapp®, staff were relying on each other, existing procedures or drawing on past experience for process knowledge – processes were either incorrect, out of date, inefficient or worse, noncompliant for local government operations”
