Our engineers are process experts, developing the industry’s most complete process and automation platform to transform the way people work. If you’re interested, curious and want to learn and do more, the sky is the limit here. We take a solutions-oriented and collaborative approach, constantly innovating our business and products.
About the role:
As the Senior Product Manager for Shared Services, you will define and lead the strategy for the core services that underpin our multi-tenant platform—such as eventing, usage metering, notifications, and provisioning. These foundational capabilities are essential to delivering consistent, scalable, and efficient experiences across our suite of cloud-based products.
You’ll work closely with engineering, architecture, and internal product teams to ensure these services are robust, reusable, and aligned with both internal developer needs and customer-facing requirements. Your focus will be on driving adoption of these common services across the business, enabling faster time-to-market, improved operational efficiency, and a seamless developer experience.
This role is ideal for a product manager with a technical background and has experienced building API-first platforms, developer portals, SDKs and internal services leveraged by other internal product teams, who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is passionate about building the infrastructure and enablers that powers great software at scale.
Your contribution will be:
- Define and Drive Platform Vision: Develop and execute the roadmap for core platform services, ensuring alignment with broader product and business goals.
- Lead Foundational Capabilities: Own services such as eventing, usage metering, and notifications that enable scalable and consistent experiences across products.
- Drive Adoption and Value: Champion the use of common services across internal product teams and business units, maximizing their impact and ROI.
- Balance Execution and Strategy: Deliver short-term wins while building toward long-term platform scalability and innovation.
- Customer and Developer Focus: Leverage customer feedback and usage data to inform decisions, with a strong emphasis on developer experience and internal usability.
- Mentor and Lead: Support the growth of junior product managers and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative product culture.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and GTM teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
To be successful, we think you need:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform or developer-focused products.
- Strong understanding of API-based services, SDKs, and event-driven architectures.
- Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with usage metering models and consumption-based product strategies is a plus.
- Experience mentoring or leading other product managers is a plus.
