To help fuel our continued growth, we are looking for someone to join our global recruiting team as a Senior GTM Recruiter who will be responsible for the identification and acquisition of the best GTM tech talent. If you are thoughtful, excellent at articulating a company story, creative in your approach, able to provide excellent candidates experience, and advise hiring leaders accurately and effectively while managing multiple searches simultaneously in a dynamic environment – this could be your dream job!

As the Senior GTM Recruiter, you will help coach and train the business in best practices as talent advisors, while building influential relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.

Your contribution will be:

Full life cycle recruitment: Develop and execute sourcing strategies; outbound recruiting efforts, post ads, attend events and meetups, screen candidates, organize interviews, negotiate, and extend offers. Assess talent using market intelligence combined with the ability to quickly analyze social profiles, traditional resumes, and applications. Provide excellent candidate experience both in timely follow up and onsite hosting during interviews.

Trusted Advisor to Hiring Managers: Be the Talent Subject Matter Expert who can advise hiring managers in composing position descriptions focused on job profiles, ensuring an understanding of job specifications and KPIs. Provide training to managers and interviewers on interviewing, market intelligence, and talent acquisition best practices. Configure talent assessment scorecards and iterate throughout the process as needed.

Recruitment Marketing: Partner with our Global Head Talent & Employer Branding to develop Employer Branding content, social media strategy. Develop an understanding of our domestic and global competition in each market. Establish a world-class talk track around the Nintex story and our Employer Value Proposition. Create demand in the marketplace by evangelizing Nintex as a great place to work.

Sourcing Strategy: Develop creative sourcing strategies to address the specifics of each job profile, manage internal/external referral programs, engage, and manage staffing vendors. Utilize current tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Glassdoor, Indeed, Hired, etc.) and propose new tools. Develop creative and unique-to-role messaging for outbound recruiting. Understand and leverage conversion metrics to help manage your talent funnel. You maintain a sense of urgency to attract the right talent profile and move them through the recruiting funnel.

Candidate Experience and Process Improvement: Maintain world-class candidate engagement through timely follow-up during the entire recruiting process, providing as much feedback as possible along the way. Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in our industry so you can drive improvements to our recruitment process. Understand compliance issues both globally and domestically and ensure the company is adhering to best practices.


  • 8+ years Sales/GTM recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, ideally in a software company or top-tier search firm where you were responsible for sourcing and closing top sales and GTM talent
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience
  • Smart, passionate, and driven
  • A proven record of employing creative sourcing strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment while wearing many hats
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
