About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Development Manager with a hunter mentality with experience of building new partnerships from scratch. You are a partner obsessed individual who will work on our established Chanel team to provide exceptional partner experience. You will be involved in expanding our partner ecosystem through recruitment and activation of new partners. The Nintex partner distribution channel is a key asset to Nintex and essential to achieving our financial and strategic objectives. You will build and manage a network of partners through process of Acquisition, Induction, and Management.

To be successful we think you need:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • 5+ years of channel sales experience, ideally in a SaaS company
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills in Channel role
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline
  • Have experience selling SaaS and are knowledgeable about associated pricing models
  • Have experience recruiting partners from scratch
  • Native German Speaker

Your contribution will be:

  • Actively recruit new partners through recruit programs and campaigns
  • Work with Field Sales to identify partner recruit opportunities involved in leads and opportunities and kept markets
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of recruit opportunities from identification to signed partners
  • Activate newly signed partners
  • Co-sell with partners as necessary to achieve partner development and regional goals
  • Plan and execute demand generation events with partners and execute post-event plan to engage leads and create pipeline
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of the Nintex channel strategy and Nintex products
  • Maintain and report accurate per month/quarterly and YTD data on partner pipeline development and performance
  • Work with sellers to develop a plan detailing the strategic and tactical measures to employ in achieving sales target.
  • Collect, understand and report market information (competitive updates, territory issues, status of orders, product successes etc.) that will allow marketing to create initiatives that will support sales goals
  • Work with Account Management team to Identify, penetrate, expand and grow new and existing accounts whilst using new channel partners whenever possible and appropriate.
  • Lead channel drive upsell and assist AM if necessary on direct customer opportunities.
  • Identify and remove, or signal to the Regional Sales Director any road blocks to short or long term sales
  • Keep up to date with key market indicators like economic and political change, industry information, customer data etc.
  • Build and manage a sustainable network of Partners through the process of,
    • Acquisition - at a rate in line with the stated objectives
    • Induction – Train and coach each Partner to a productive stage
    • Manage – The ongoing management of partners in their first year
  • Identify and communicate any Partner training enablement needs to the Management Team
