About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Global EMEA Sales Operations team who will responsible in a highly automated Salesforce Platform with numerous integrations and opportunities to learn new technologies. You will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform to meet the needs of a fast-paced rapidly growing company. You will also consult with all departments and help configure salesforce to align with our company goals. You will streamline current automation and maintain the integrity of the data as Salesforce is the source of truth at Nintex.

Your contribution will be:

  • Partnering with cross-functional business teams to understand and analyze business objectives, gather and define business requirements.
  • Creating and managing custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, triggers, user permissions, profiles, and workflows.
  • Facilitating and supporting testing of new features in alignment with requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation as required.
  • Database and data integrity ownership; including but not limited to deduplication and cleanup.

To be successful we think you need:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce Experience (preferably in a lightning environment but lightning is not required)
  • Development training/experience with code (any) and  SF automation tools using flow, process builder and workflow rules.
  • Ability and interest to learn new technologies quickly
  • SQL knowledge 
  • Managed Package Experience (nice to have but not required) include:  Outreach, Conga, Kimble, Tableau CRM
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, permission set groups
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills needed
