Manager, Channels & Strategic Alliances - EMEA Emerging Markets


The Manager, Channels -  EMEA Emerging Markets is responsible for leading the Channel team for Middle East, Africa, CEE & Russian Federation. This position is a key leadership role within EMEA Emerging Markets Sales organization working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s success.

Beside managing the Channel team, the role is also responsible for establishing and maintaining successful relationships with strategic partners, Global System Integrators & National System Integrators (mainly in the Middle East) region to sell our products both directly and indirectly through partners across the territory. This role also involves recruiting, inducting, training and managing Nintex Partners in order to meet or exceed the sales target.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide expert knowledge in the Nintex approach to Intelligent Process Automation and translate that into real business benefits for the Nintex channel. Understand the partners intimately and establish a joint winning strategy and value proposition centered around IPA.  The challenge and excitement of the role will be to help the partners located in your patch to continue to leverage our current portfolio as well as educate them on how to sell new products as they are brought to market.

Revenue attainment monthly, quarterly, and annually.  The key to achieving these goals will be accurately forecasting the expected revenue.

Build and manage a sustainable network of partners through the process of acquisition, training and coaching, and ongoing management of key relationships.  You will have your finger on the pulse of what our partners need form.  You will whip up excitement through evangelizing the Nintex product line including features in the cloud, on mobile and hybrid solutions. 

Liaise with the Product Development team to maintain knowledge of current and future products, and plan any changes to the Partner Program accordingly.

Channel strategy. You will set strategy, goals and metrics for the your team to successfully improve effectiveness, efficiency, as well as employee and partner engagement. 

Above all, you will ensure that all Nintex dealings with its partners are fair, honest, and consistent – maintaining our high level of integrity and care in our partner ecosystem.

What we think you need to succeed:

8+ years in Channel Sales roles
3+ years managing teams in SaaS software market
Successful track-record of achieving or exceeding goals and objectives
Proven experience for building and developing strong partner relationships.
Experience in high pace, fast growth environments
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
Ability to speak and write in English & Arabic fluently and idiomatically.
