About the role:

We're looking for a new Technical Channel Enablement Manager to act as a key pillar in Nintex’s channel strategy and partner go to market. The Nintex TCEM acts as a central source of truth for product enablement, upskill, technical communication and accountability across the Nintex partner network. From initial identification and onboarding of customers through to maintenance of existing partner skillsets the TCEM is to act as the conduit between technical product, sales support and the partner community.

The TCEM is well planned, collaborative, communicative and strategic across all brands in the Nintex portfolio from process through to automation and analytics as well as have a grasp on the broader technology market, trends and ecosystems into which Nintex has reach.

Your contribution will be: 

Manage technical partner enablement: The role manages and executes technical partner enablement programs for assigned Nintex solution partners. Ensuring the partner channel is regularly updated on best practices and new product technologies as well as undertakes the Nintex certification process. This will equip partners with the right knowledge and tools to provide professional services to customers and proactively pursue new opportunities with prospective and existing customers. Enablement includes, but not limited to Nintex product overview/demonstrations; hands on workshops/training; relevant certifications; ad-hoc Q&A; assist in competitive analysis; install and configure IUR software; administrative exercises around key contact and certification accountabilities. Establish and communicate a cadence of delivery to regularly deliver and refresh the enablement program.

Assisting partners with development of value propositions: Working with the partner account manager and assisting relevant teams within Nintex’ partners to develop new value propositions and associated demonstrators. This will help expanding our partner’s market reach, drive innovation and ultimately open new opportunities with new and existing customers. Maintain a consistent and relevant message to the partner channel.

Identify and validate partner discovery and onboarding: Work in conjunction with the Partner Account Manager to develop ‘Perfect Partner’ framework and metrics. Assist in the discovery and identification of new partners and validate existing partners fit against the framework. Collaborate on the partner program vision and set the foundation for an effective partner program.

Monitoring and communication of technical roadblocks to influence product roadmap decisions: Act as the conduit between the partner community and Nintex’ product management team. The TCEM will identify, explore and document use cases that help deliver best of breed and innovative solutions. Partnering with the product management team, the use cases will have a pivotal influence on the Nintex product roadmap.

Maintain a close relationship with regional vTEs: virtual Technical Evangelists (vTEs) are an extension of the Nintex Presales team into the Nintex partner base. They are highly skilled in the Nintex Workflow Platform and assist in pre-sales as well as community events. The TCEM will ensure that vTEs are enabled and skilled to a similar level of a Nintex Solution Engineer.
