About the role

Our Technical Content team work together to deliver a diverse range of technical content for a variety of Nintex capabilities and audiences. If you join us as our new Technical Writer you will be partnering with teams across the organisation (e.g. product development, UX, customer success, DevOps, security, sales and legal) to develop online help documentation, construct security diagrams, and contribute to the user experience development for the Nintex Process Platform.

Our Technical Writers engage with our customers to improve the usability of documentation, ensure analytics influence content strategy, understand and support sales processes and collaborate with our SMEs around the globe to be a part of the Nintex knowledge management lifecycle.

Please note – due to the effects of COVID-19 we are all (Nintex globally) working from home at this time. Once we get to a point where it’s safe for us to return to the office, we’d love to see you there. Until then you’ll need to be ready and able to work remotely!

What we need from you

  • Demonstrable technical writing and content experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with MadCap Flare, or similar documentation development.
  • Experience with source control management.
  • Ideally you will have worked within a global team, working across different time zones.
  • Worked in an agile environment.
