About the team:
Joining our Australasian Sales team, you'll find we're tightknit, always willing to lend to a hand and don't see distance as a barrier to collaboration. As an Account Executive team that are dotted across the region to support our in-territory sales model, we believe in supporting each other to achieve the right outcomes. We do this through peer-to-peer coaching, deal reviews and an open communication style. To sum it up, we're passionate, highly driven, and well known in the business for being top performers while having a lot of fun.
About the role:
This role is responsible for our new business SaaS revenue stream. We're on the lookout for a true new business development hunter, the savvy networker, the LinkedIn aficionado, the connector—who loves an industry event, as much as, a 1 to 1 catch-up. But most of all, we want a relationship expert that's not afraid to pick up the phone and make a real connection. Someone who can warm-up a cold call. You’ll be connecting with c-level executives on a day-to-day basis so you’ll have the confidence and experience required to present to this level of contact regularly.
We could sell you this role by telling you about our awesome sales culture, incredible sales enablement program, the Nintex Sales Excellence Club (this year it was held in Maui), or the sales kick-off in Seattle; but what we think you'll really appreciate is selling a strategic product at the right time. At the end of the day, the product sells itself. Not to mention, it's backed by an incredible marketing engine feeding qualified leads to complement the great work of our sales team to generate their own business.
• Previous experience acquiring and developing new business
• Background in technology sales or agency recruitment
• A team player with a collaborative attitude
• A passion for technology
• A network of contacts and the ability to continuously grow them
• An appreciation for Sales methodologies will be an advantage
What's in it for you:
In addition to a highly competitive salary and benefits package, you'll work alongside inspiring colleagues and a leadership team that genuinely cares. We do our best to support our employees in their career journey. This includes providing benefits that matter, such as flexible work arrangements, paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers, employee assistance programs, discounts across life's essentials and an impressive rewards and recognition program.
