State Library NSW: Preserving Heritage Materials Through Digitisation

Nintex customer testimonial webinar

The State Library of NSW in Australia is one of the great libraries of the world, with a history dating back to 1826. The Library collects and preserves materials and evidence relating to our place in the world and makes them accessible to everyone in New South Wales and beyond.

As part of its digitisation project, the Library is aiming to deliver over 12 million preservation-quality assets across more than 10 formats in only 10 years. This massive project involves six teams across the Library, all contributing to the creation, preservation, and delivery of digital assets. Each year these teams could manage between 50-80 projects, generating hundreds and thousands of digital assets and work orders requiring tracking to completion.

In this webinar, learn how the State Library of NSW, with the support of Nintex Certified Partner Antares, is leveraging Nintex Workflow Cloud to effectively manage the people, processes, and technologies involved in its digitisation project:

  • Eliminated inefficient, manual, and time-consuming processes
  • Integration with Library catalogues for improved security
  • Increased productivity from improved team communications and collaboration
  • Ongoing tracking of physical and digital assets with a real-time view

View this webinar on-demand to see how the State Library of NSW has implemented an automated workflow system using Nintex Workflow Cloud to dramatically boost the efficiency of its digitisation project.
