With more than 14,000 employees spread across 105 schools, the Fulton County School System needed to make school-wide processes more efficient. Inundated with paper documents and submissions for its’ renowned STEAM program, the school district’s Enterprise Applications team turned to Nintex to streamline how it handled the application process, from initial form to approval.

As the number of incoming paper forms increased, Fulton County School System needed a better, faster way to sort through paper documents – specifically, applications for its STEAM program. After the Enterprise Application team was tasked with making processes across the school system more efficient, Nintex Workflow and Forms were brought on board to digitize Fulton County Schools’ paper-based processes.
Using Nintex Forms and Workflow, Fulton County School System was able to digitally distribute STEAM applications for parents, reducing the number of inbound paper forms each application cycle. The Enterprise Applications team has found more opportunities to utilize Nintex at Fulton County Schools, building Nintex solutions for class size exception requests, replacing paper forms across departments, school site visits, inventory and more.
