Bright Data has automated the process their customers use to request public web data. Customers submit an online form outlining their dataset requirements, which is connected to an internal Nintex workflow. The workflow process automates all the various activities that must be completed before a dataset request can be fulfilled and delivered back to a customer. The whole process has been designed to reduce the number of connection points needed to complete a request so datasets can be produced rapidly and returned to customers quickly.
