About the role:

Nintex is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Brand to help us tell the story of what it’s like to work at Nintex by bringing our employees’ experiences to life. This individual will oversee all Nintex employer branding and recruitment marketing programs globally.  As the Talent Brand leader, you will help us build our reputation as a phenomenal place to work by creating authentic content and engaging campaigns that attract top talent.  The ideal candidate will be highly creative, innovative, and strategic with a background in ideating, managing, and executing both employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies for a high-growth company at a global scale.  

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives from concept to execution 
  • Contribute to and update our Careers page content, help create and promote Nintex’s employee value proposition (EVP) 
  • Owns and manages company’s career website to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for attracting suitable candidates in partnership with Marketing Web team  
  • Plans, establishes, and oversees the company's social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding 
  • Plans and manages recruiting events to drive brand awareness and generate candidate lead lists 
  • Collaborates with our ERGs to ideate and deliver employer brand content and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract diverse talent 
  • Sets up and manages a recruitment marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company 
  • Is charged with expanding the company's online presence on different third-party sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media 
  • Manages the application, communications, and promotion for all company awards in partnership with HR and Marketing  
  • Provides training to company and recruiting team on employer brand best practices and new initiatives 
  • Responsible for all other recruiting content and collateral 
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert within Employer Branding by providing the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices, and innovative solutions to support the business 
  • Analyzes and interprets data to showcase ROI of employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives and uncover areas for improvement  
  • Develops and manages recruitment campaigns using a variety of media, such as print, websites, events, and social media 
  • Ideate, create, edit, and schedule employer brand content for the Life at Nintex blog, employer brand social media channels, and monthly email campaigns. Content includes blog posts, videos, recruiter enablement materials, social media posts, job descriptions, email newsletters, and more 
  • Create and grow our employee advocacy programs by engaging employees on social media and growing the impact of our #LifeAtNintex hashtag 
  • Monitor third-party partnerships like Glassdoor, Built-In, and Mogul, while conducting internal campaigns to further promote our brand 
  • Capture data analytics around the effectiveness of employer brand campaigns 
  • Collaborate globally and cross-functionally  

To be successful we think you need:

  • Minimum 7 + years recruiting or marketing experience and 3 years of employer branding experience 
  • Experience managing individual contributors and growing a team  
  • Extensive knowledge of social media, blog, and video communication techniques 
  • Strong understanding of branding to position Nintex as an employer of choice to prospective hires  
  • Experience managing relationships with vendors and third-party sites 
  • Experience working with ERG’s as well as Diversity & Inclusion teams preferred 
  • Knowledge of social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Later.com, Sprinklr 
  • Experience in managing website content and working with Google Analytics or similar tools 
  • Program management experience on an international scale is preferred 
  • Experience building and scaling processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate around ambiguities autonomously 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey project strategies, roadmaps, priorities, goals, and tradeoffs through compelling visuals and presentations to leadership and executives 
  • Proven experience in relationship building and working cross-functionally between several different teams. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, and able to adhere to deadlines while balancing several projects at once. 
  • Experienced in interviewing employees — you know which questions to ask in order to uncover a unique story and perspective.
