About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, energetic and experienced Renewal Specialist to join our Melbourne Sales team. You will be working in a fast growing company with people from different backgrounds as well as our APAC partners and customers. You will be responsible for achieving a revenue target for assigned customers. You will ensure timely renewal sales cycles and help to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
To Be Successful We Think You Need
- Sales experience managing an entire renewals/sales cycle in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable with significant proportion of communications being verbal (video & voice calls).
- Experience managing a large customer base.
- Experience using Office suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
- Proven track record of quota achievement.
