To empower users to better orchestrate workflows, we’ve made significant enhancements to Nintex Connectors and Nintex Xtensions®. For customers who are invested in Google Workspace, we’ve added support for multiple applications including Docs, Sheets, Tasks, Calendar and the Google Directory services. We’ve also added support for project and task management tools such as Trello and Asana which enables users to automate tasks in these platforms. Lastly, for marketing teams looking for greater synergies in their campaigns and events, we now support further automation with Mailchimp and Postmark.

Deeper product unification
Now it’s even easier to incorporate electronic signature capabilities into workflows with the integration of Nintex AssureSign®. With Nintex AssureSign® users have the ability to dynamically populate documents with workflow data. Leveraging deeper Nintex DocGen® integrations, customers can more easily and quickly build data-driven documents via Nintex Workflow Cloud.

We’ve introduced a new permission level called the Automation Administrator that is tailored to users who are administering the day-to-day operations of Nintex Workflow Cloud. Automation administrators can now enforce that any workflow published to production by designers will require approval by members of a specified Nintex Workflow Cloud group. In addition to the Automation Administrator, we’ve also created a business owner role in My Nintex. Business owners are given access to the new workflow tracking dashboard for workflows they own giving them greater visibility into the full My Nintex activity feed, along with all start and task form submissions, and the ability to monitor all completed and active tasks.

Increased visibility in Nintex Analytics
Nintex Analytics now contains full inventory visibility for Nintex Workflow Cloud and SharePoint Online forms enabling users to view all their forms data directly in Nintex Analytics. The new forms data will allow you to identify the total number of forms published across your tenants and environments including the type of form, the exact location of each form, as well as the number of submissions made from each form.
