SSON Report: How to Orchestrate Seamless Collaboration and Workflow

According to data from the Shared Servicing and Outsourcing Network (SSON) Research & Analytics, 28% of businesses have reduced their real estate footprint since the Covid pandemic began. Meanwhile, an additional 14% are either shutting down or co-locating business centres. This reduction in office space indicates businesses are not anticipating a return to consistent in-person attendance anytime soon, meaning hybrid work is likely here to stay.

A hybrid work strategy at its best enables employees to access an organisation’s infrastructure anywhere in the world. Regardless of whether they’re logging in remotely or onsite, they should be able to access files, communicate or conduct their work seamlessly. However, without the right technologies in place, it can be challenging to orchestrate seamless workflows and communication streams.
