The Shared Servicing and Outsourcing Network’s (SSON’s) Intelligent Automation 2022 Benchmarking Survey provides a good look at where Shared Services Organisations stand with IA as they look to transform E2E processes. When respondents were asked, “How do you perceive your overall GBS/SSO automation levels?” only 13.4% felt they had high automation levels, while 39.1% described their automation levels as low.
