Nintex CEO Letter June 2020

Dear Valued Customers & Partners,

I want to thank you for putting your trust in Nintex this year. Like every organization, our company continues to navigate through the challenges of COVID-19 and is committed to supporting our customers and partners around the globe. We are seeing encouraging early signs of recovery in select markets and industries and hope that will soon be more universal in the coming weeks and months ahead.

We also recognize that Nintex is in a fortunate position to be developing process management and automation technology that makes a big difference in how we work from anywhere. And, we’re blessed with such an amazing worldwide community of change agents leveraging Nintex software solutions every day within your organizations.

The results people are achieving with Nintex continue to inspire us, and we’re delighted to see that so many of you are taking full advantage of the customer success resources we’ve made available the past few months.

Highlights include:

  • Training & Certifications – more than 5,000 of you have enrolled in our no-cost live instructor-led training offer since we introduced it in mid-March, with 560 new Nintex certifications issued in the past eight weeks alone. Those of you that have participated in the recent 360+ instructor-led classes worldwide rated them highly: 4.8/5 for course CSAT and 4.9/5 for trainer CSAT. There is still time to enjoy free Nintex skills training. Simply use the following code when registering on Nintex University, to waive fees through Friday, July 31remote-learning-april-2020
  • Process Maps & Workflow Templates – we’ve published more than 20+ templates related to COVID-19, remote work, and business continuity to the Nintex Process Gallery to help you rapidly respond to the changing environment. The gallery features more than 130 templates, and we’re pleased to report that 5,500 templates have been downloaded to date. Top COVID-19 related templates include:
  • Coaching Sessions – over the past two months, we’ve hosted more than 60 complimentary in-depth coaching sessions with businesses and government agencies around the world to discuss how best to automate solutions to solve process problems. We will be looking to continue coaching in the months ahead so stay tuned for more.
  • Nintex ProcessFest On-Demand – more than 3,000 people registered for our signature virtual event in May! Best of all, we’ve made the knowledge shared, from both our 2020 and 2019 events, available to everyone on-demand. If you missed the event or want to invite a co-worker to experience it, simply complete the on-demand form to receive an email with a code to access to 25+ hours of best practice learnings online from Nintex and our customers and partners across every geography.
