The company successfully migrated business-critical workflows from a bespoke legacy platform to Nintex for Office 365.

SUEZ – Water Technologies & Solutions was formerly part of General Electric and needed to migrate hundreds of business-critical workflows from a GE bespoke platform in just 18 months.
The company worked with a Nintex Partner, HubCollab, to implement a migration framework for recreating the workflows with Nintex for Office 365 in just six months.
Previously part of General Electric, SUEZ – Water Technologies & Solutions had just 18 months to migrate 200 business-critical workflows to a new workflow automation platform. Office 365 was selected as the company’s strategic collaboration platform, and SUEZ needed to migrate every process without disruption to the business.
SUEZ – Water Technologies & Solutions sought help from Nintex Partner Hub Collab to quickly migrate legacy workflows to Nintex for Office 365. Hub Collab developed workflow templates on Nintex for Office 365 that were reused for all migrated workflows – making it possible for a 20 human step workflow to be recreated and improved in just a few days. SUEZ – Water Technologies & Solutions leveraged internal “power users” to lead and own the migration of workflows.
Thanks to Nintex’s drag and drop functionality, process owners quickly learned how to use the tool and quickly became Nintex champions internally. SUEZ – Water Technologies & Solutions successfully reviewed, recreated, and improved 150 business-critical workflows (50 were retired) in six months – half the projected time.
Since adopting Nintex for Office 365, SUEZ – Water Technologies & Solutions continues to automate new processes and improve upon its existing automate workflows. Leveraging Nintex for process automation helps the company ensure that their most complex processes are managed accordingly and efficiently.
