Even as a business focused on reviewing clients’ processes and systems, SAI Global struggled to implement a single, global process management system for its more than 1,000 staff members. The worldwide nature of the business translated to a lot of variation in processes across offices. SAI Global was looking for a better way to roll-out processes to its teams, and create a decentralized structure. Nintex Promapp® Leads to Streamlined and Consistent Processes Worldwide

SAI Global steadily phased in Nintex Promapp® internationally, eventually adopting it successfully in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, and Mexico. Initially, staff members showed resistance, believing that processes would naturally vary geographically. However, staff quickly warmed up to Nintex Promapp® after a complete review of the company’s global processes showed many similarities, despite different IT systems in some offices.

The easy-to-use technology has given ownership back to business groups, holding them accountable for their processes. Staff embraced it on all levels, which streamlined and standardized processes between countries and promoted collaboration. Nintex Promapp® now has more than 650 users within SAI Global, and more than 260 mapped processes.

Staff can view the responsibilities of their role and the related processes, which leads to process consistency and increased collaboration. International offices can work together more easily, and staff are encouraged to think globally. After initial success, the company is scheduled to roll out Nintex Promapp® in Asia and Europe.
