National Metrology Institute of South Africa speeds workflow development with Nintex
Easy-to-use workflows improve processes across all departments
Jayesh Jina, head of IT at the National Metrology Institute of South Africa (NMISA), faced a workflow challenge. NMISA keeps and maintains national measurement standards and units for South African industrial, environmental, health, and safety sectors. To do this, NMISA manages an enormous number of processes. They also have a chronic shortage of resources to establish workflows that ensure compliance with stringent international standards and measurements.
Jayesh and his team found that out-of-the-box SharePoint workflows were very tedious to build and manage. NMISA wanted an easy to use, integrated solution that would speed development of workflows while increasing transparency and accountability.
