The bank typically processes about 800 SBA loans a year. When the CARES Act was passed, the bank anticipated a spike to about 30,000 applications amounting to a total of 90,000 documents. Instead, it received 80,000 applications requiring hundreds of thousands of loan documents—and Nintex Drawloop® operated with superb reliability and speed throughout the process. By using Nintex Drawloop® to automate a formerly manual process to create loan documents, the bank created those documents five times faster than it could before, freeing staff to take on other tasks.
