Lippuner digitally transforms paper-based ordering processes with Nintex
Replaced outdated process with Nintex Advanced Workflow and Nintex Modern Forms
Lippuner has nearly 350 employees across four cities. Each employee orders new phones every two years. Their marketing department generates about 450 orders per year across 41 different items—for a total of 18,450 orders. In the past, these orders were processed using paper forms, causing slowdowns and adding time to the process. These outdated processes didn’t comply with the company’s high standards of efficiency.
“Keeping our employees productive is a top priority and sometimes the most basic functions, like ordering office supplies including mobile devices, can be the most time-consuming,” says ICT system administrator, Lars Eigeldinger.
To solve this problem, the company needed a frugal solution that made the most of its investment in SharePoint 2013. Lippuner turned to Nintex partner IOZ, a Swiss firm that specializes in information systems.
Based its low total cost of ownership, ease of use, and speed to value, IOZ knew that Nintex Advanced Workflow for SharePoint was the right solution to digitally transform Lippuner’s paper-based ordering processes.
