Technology can be all things, but when we hear Nintex customer stories, we recognize that technology can be wonderful. For years, our team has heard amazing ways customers are using Nintex technology and captured those stories into case studies. But we wanted something more personable that builds on our wonderful community.
In August 2020 the Workflow Wonders webinar series was born and since then, we’ve shared 11 different Workflow Wonders that feature companies like GM Financial, Lands’ End, Meals on Wheels, and more.
Workflow Wonders with Babcock
The February 2021 episode of Workflow Wonders featuring Babcock is available to watch on-demand. We hear from Babcock’s Solutions Analyst Harry Jones as he shares how the company leverages Nintex in its digital workplace strategy.
Babcock uses the Nintex Process Platform as a tool across departments like IT, HR, finance, and operations and automates processes for 35,000 employees – including employee governance, recognition, certifications, incident management, reviews, and more.
Nintex is core to the digital workplace at Babcock
Babcock has been a long-time Nintex customer and it quickly became a core technology for the digital workplace team.
Harry says, “Our digital workplace team uses Nintex Workflow and Forms in 95% of its projects.”
Initially, Babcock created Nintex solutions for HR. Now there are active projects from equipment maintenance to blog post notifications – and countless processes in between.
When the work is mission-critical, so is the technology powering it. Babcock serves markets in defense, rescue, and emergency, along with civil nuclear – delivering vital services and managing complex equipment (like helicopters).
The list of potential possibilities for Nintex in Babcock operations is limitless – any process can be optimized with the power of Nintex.
Babcock: Regional Transformation winner of the Nintex Solution Innovation Awards
Babcock was the EMEA Regional Transformation winner in the 2020 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards. On the webinar, Harry shared details around the HR processes they nominated to the awards, and why they focused on that solution over many others.
We’re currently accepting entries for the 2021 Solution Innovation Awards through March 17, 2021. Any organization that leverages Nintex Process Platform capabilities, including workflow automation, web forms, mobile apps, Nintex Promapp®, Nintex Drawloop DocGen® for Salesforce, Nintex RPA, as well K2 Software products is eligible to win.
We love hearing how our customers like Babcock are using Nintex to transform the workplace. We can’t wait to see all the wonderful technology solutions yet to come, and hope to highlight them on future Workflow Wonders! Don’t miss our next Workflow Wonders featuring Flight Centre on March 24.
