We’re excited to host our annual conference and unveil the new era of Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) in just a few weeks. We have more than 40 Nintex xchange sessions, and you can review the xchange session catalog here.

The conference sessions are organized into six different tracks and there’s no shortage of opportunities to learn something new.

Customer/Partner Success Stories

At last year’s conference, Steve Thompson from Meritage Homes shared how the company is using Nintex to digitize its paper-based processes and improve its overall sales process. This year, attendees will hear how Nintex customers like Hines, Mars, Inc., MAN Diesel & Turbo, the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and more, are using the Nintex platform to improve productivity and create new business efficiencies.

Extensibility of the Nintex Platform

A great advantage to the Nintex platform is the ability to extend its capabilities across disparate systems and connect with other technologies. Last year, Chris Johnson from Hyperfish, a Nintex partner, discussed how they’re using Nintex Workflow Cloud® to expand offerings within their own product.

Intelligent Process Automation

At Nintex xchange, we will welcome in the era of IPA with informational sessions. Nintex experts, partners, and industry thought leaders will present on best practices in automating, orchestrating and optimizing business processes.

Last year, Peter Coffee from Salesforce discussed engineering the engaged workplace – and he’ll be back this year. Attendees will also learn how Nintex Hawkeye can help organizations better understand their processes to get the most out of their automation strategies.

Migration, Change Management & Governance

Attendees will also have the chance to learn best practices in migration, change management and governance. Benjamin Niaulin from Sharegate presented a session last year on best practices on migrating from SharePoint to Office 365. He’ll be back this year discussing how to migrate workflows and forms. For attendees wanting to learn more about EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Simon Wright from Britecloud will present a session on meeting compliance regulations with the Nintex platform.

Product Deep Dives & Roadmap

At the last year’s conference Nintex Product Manager Euan Gamble previewed the now released responsive forms and Director of Product Management Luke Bongiorno announced Nintex Hawkeye availability across the entire Nintex platform.

This year, Nintex users will again hear the latest news on Nintex products direct from our product team and learn tips for leveraging those capabilities.

Use Case, Scenarios & Industry Examples

In 2017, Nintex VP of Product Vincent Cabral presented a session on accelerating sales and business results with document generation. At this year’s conference attendees can expect to hear how the Nintex platform is being used for contract lifecycle management, reporting, compliance and more.

The opportunity to learn something new at Nintex xchange goes beyond the breakout sessions. The conference includes an Opening Keynote with Nintex CEO John Burton, a Nintex Product Keynote with Nintex CTO Alain Gentilhomme, and Guest Keynote with artist and author Erik Wahl.

Our conference also features an “Ask the Experts” happy hour and Nintex Labs. Stay tuned for a post on what to expect from those. See you in sunny San Diego!
