The Nintex Analytics team has been hard at work on a new Lens!
The Inventory Lens will be the latest pre-built dashboard released for Nintex Analytics. It will help Nintex users answer questions that relate to operational challenges they may have in the effective management of their Nintex deployments.
By understanding how many workflows are published by whom, which departments are running the most workflows, or which workflows use specific actions, you can make better decisions and better govern your workflow assets and resources.
For IT Admins, Inventory Lens addresses three key areas:
- Governance: Know where, how often, and how smoothly workflows are running, across all environments to know which ones require attention.
- Assess Expertise: Understand workflow ownership and designer proficiency throughout the organization.
- Workflow Status: Discover the reach and impact of workflows, then drill into specifics of action usage and status trends.
In designing Inventory Lens, we’ve been working closely with customers, partners and workflow experts to ensure we truly understand your needs and build something that meets those needs.
