We are excited to announce the launch of the newly redesigned Nintex Partner Portal! Now, partners can discover, learn about, and sell Nintex products more effortlessly than ever before.
With the expanding Nintex Platform, our goal was to create an environment that enabled each type of partner to have everything they need at their fingertips.
The redesigned portal uses a minimal and sleek design to deliver a user-friendly and intuitive experience. It still includes all the functionality of the previous portal, like pricing calculator, joint lead generation, etc., but we’ve added exciting new features that will speed up the sales cycle and enhance the overall partner experience!
New changes to the Nintex Partner Portal
The new portal layout aligns with the partner’s native selling process, starting with lead registration and pipeline management. Nintex Partners can quickly register new leads (and request 30-day product trials), then view all leads and opportunities within the new Sales Dashboard.
The Sales Dashboard is a one-stop-shop for partners to manage and view everything in their pipeline, view upcoming customer renewals, and track historical opportunities.
One of the most exciting new features in the Nintex Partner Portal is the advanced Sales and Marketing library.
The library includes all the resources needed for Nintex Partners to create their own marketing campaigns, build-out webinars, view high-level product demos and overviews, and download use cases/success stories to share with customers.
The user can filter the library for individual Nintex products, or choose to find items that tell the entire Nintex Platform story.
We’ve also rolled out a completely self-service licensing experience to partners. Partners can now generate or manage trials, demo, and internal-use licenses for the Nintex Platform. The launch of this new functionality was a key milestone in our commitment to delivering a world-class Nintex Partner Program to our partners.
The newly enhanced Public Partner Locator provides existing and potential Nintex customers the opportunity to search for and find the right partner for their business needs. Nintex Partners can now build their company profile, define the services and experience they supply, and even provide video demonstrations on what makes them the right partner for the customer.
Custom User Experience
We have worked hard to ensure that each user has a customized experience in Nintex Partner Portal that matches their skills and abilities. With that, an exciting feature of the new portal is the ability for users to elect training enablement paths from a wide range of topics.
Here’s an example: A user that is an expert in Nintex Workflow, but hasn’t learned about process mapping, can update their profile for that discipline. Then, the user will instantly be assigned a curated path to follow – pointing to the best training tools and courses, demo videos, and eventually the tools to achieve a certification in Nintex Promapp®.
The future of the Nintex Partner Portal
Nintex continues to commit to making the Nintex Partner experience as effortless as possible. The portal’s new self-service design empowers the partner to take action in developing an excellent sales experience, while still working in synchrony with their Nintex Account Team to close and maintain a strong relationship with the customers.
The new functionality and features of the portal enables our partners to create a sales experience that is unique to their own selling styles and the needs of each of their customers.
